BIRTH CERTIFICATE, IMMUNIZATION RECORDS PROOF OF RESIDENCY
THE CHILD MUST BE 3 OR 4 BY 7/31/19
The cost for 3-4 year old half day classes is $70.00 per month (2 days per week)
The cost for 4-5 year old half day classes is $130.00 per month (5 days per week)
The cost for 4-5 year old full day classes is $260.00 per month (5 days per week)

DeSoto School District does not provide transportation to our regular education students.

*please send a complete, seasonally appropriate outfit to school (to remain in backpack) in case of accidents (top, bottom, underwear, socks).
Please note: If your child wears diapers/pull-ups, the parent/guardian MUST supply those and wipes needed for their student (in addition to the supplies above).
